We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Swaggle team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice handling and payment processing
- Monitoring rebate agreements with suppliers and managing weekly and periodic rebates
- Establishing a weekly reporting framework to provide clear visibility of performance
- Ensuring accurate and timely forecast inputs into Digital Finance & Group Planning/Reporting team
- Performing daily or bi-weekly bank reconciliation to ensure accurate bank account balances
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about finance and commercial partnering. You will have a strong financial control background and prior experience in a commercial partnering role is beneficial but not essential.
You will also have advanced Excel and analytical skills to support in-depth modelling of performance using available tools (Visual Insights, Power BI) and experience presenting financial information in a clear and concise way.
