We are currently seeking experienced tradespeople to join our team in Western Australia.

Roles Available:
  • Bricklayers
  • Formwork Carpenters
  • Solid Plasterers
  • Drainers
  • Construction Project Managers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in respective trade
  • Relevant qualification or 3 years' experience in place of qualification

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to study drawings and specifications
  2. Cutting various masonry blocks
  3. Installation of flashing and damp roofing
  4. Setting out of brick and block work
  5. Managing project budgets and performance
  6. Negotiation and relationship management with suppliers and subcontractors
  7. Process and recommend invoices and progress claims
  8. Effectively manage subcontracts through all phases
  9. Establishing and managing project claims
