Analyst Position

You will work closely with senior professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of the investment banking process. This includes financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, valuation, and client interaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in commerce, law, finance, economics, or a related field and strong academic results.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting financial analysis and modeling to support the evaluation and execution of investment banking transactions.
  • Assisting in conducting due diligence activities, including industry research, competitive analysis, and financial statement analysis.
  • Preparing pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings and investor presentations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage the execution of transactions.
  • Conducting comprehensive research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends.
  • Assisting in preparing transaction-related documentation.
  • Supporting senior team members in client management activities.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, valuations, modeling or related fields.
