Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team as a Business Manager.

This role involves managing resources to achieve project schedules, leading a team of personnel, and managing sub-contractors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resource allocation and schedule management
  • Team leadership and collaboration
  • Sub-contractor management and coordination
  • HSE standards and policies enforcement
  • Compliance and quality assurance monitoring
  • Project planning and specification oversight
  • Scope development and cost estimation
  • Cost, scheduling, profit, and loss management
  • Timely project closure

Required Attributes and Experience:

  • Comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements
  • Professional relationship building skills
  • Motivation and client focus
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Construction Management
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of building & construction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation and computer literacy

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management)
  • QBCC Open Builders Licence
  • Business Management expertise
