Early Career Teacher Mentorship Lead

This role offers a dynamic and purposeful leadership opportunity in the development and growth of early career educators.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Encourage, engage, and influence staff to enhance teaching practices and performance.
  • Collaborate with staff to support continuous improvement as educators.
  • Contribute to the organization's strategic objective of providing high-quality teaching that supports learning environments and outcomes for diverse learners.

The Early Career Teacher Mentorship Lead will be guided by the Living, Learning, Leading Standards, AITSL Standards, the organization's strategic vision, and key values.

Requirements:
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate staff.
  • Ability to work in partnership with staff to achieve goals.
  • Understanding of the organization's strategic vision and standards.
