Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude even during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting customers and seating them appropriately at their table
  • Taking orders with knowledge of food and drinks available
  • Serving food and alcoholic drinks in a professional and friendly manner
  • Clearing and cleaning tables to a high standard
  • Setting tables according to bookings and general cleaning duties

We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. However, prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, be punctual and reliable, and have a keen eye for detail. You should also be enthusiastic about learning and growing within our organization.
