The Project
CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team on the M6 Stage 1 project. This $3.1bn project will deliver the missing link from Sydney's south to the wider Sydney motorway network, making journeys easier, faster, and safer.
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the short and long-term construction planning for works under control, including submittals, start-up planning, and programming. You will also demonstrate a personal commitment to our SHE Cultural Framework, policies, Safety Essentials, and Management System requirements and expectations.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to provide on-site engineering support to our Civil and Tunnelling Teams. The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in engineering, at least 5 years of relevant work experience, and the ability to manage self and others to deliver work to between $1M and $10M.
About You
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, commercial experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team. They will also be willing to take full responsibility for assigned works and deliver it independently.
