FinXL is seeking a seasoned Information Manager to oversee the management of information repositories, including Objective Records Management System, SharePoint, Capability One, and key information management across the Defence Protected Network (DPN) and the Defence Secret Network (DSN).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage LC4 workflow coordinator, SharePoint Lead Content Manager, and introduce and manage Objective and Outlook workflows as appropriate.
  • Assess and plan for the introduction of ERP and support to the Army SharePoint migration.
  • Collaborate with the Capability Management Office (CMO) to support the SO1 Capability Management and LC4 Governance Manager.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in engaging with Defence stakeholders, experience in information management and policy, background in government archives policy, and ability to understand business processes and build supporting information tools and processes.
