PICA Group is committed to excellence in strata management and is seeking a customer service focused Trainee Strata Manager to join our All Strata Services team. As a key player in the company, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings and developing strong relationships with owners and committees.

Key Performance Indicators
  • You will be measured on your ability to deliver high quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • You will be evaluated on your effectiveness in leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings.
  • You will be assessed on your ability to prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, supported by specialized departments.
  • You will be expected to apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in enforcing by-laws.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure building safety and integrity.
