**Immediate Opportunity to Progress in a Well-Established Business**:

We are seeking an experienced Company Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in leading and managing various projects from concept to completion.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • A good technical understanding and/or gaining knowledge of operation, design, and manufacture of vessel internals equipment and associated equipment.
  • Practical design experience to lead a team and convince clients to place orders.
  • To answer all client process problems quickly and accurately.
  • Preparation and presentation of winning tenders.
  • Carrying out concept feasibility studies.
  • Technical development from FEED to commissioning and operations support.
  • Extensive use of computer packages for design calculations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate will consider either a degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience in leading team activities, managing and motivating team members,
  • Extensive attention to detail.
  • Able to offer between 10 - 15 years AUSTRALIAN experience in a similar role.
  • MUST be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Knowledge of current Australian Standards and Codes.
  • Clean drivers license.
