We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team at Gorilla Jobs. As a Family Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and mentoring Junior Lawyers and Paralegals, handling complex cases, and delivering high standards of client service and professional ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Junior Lawyers and Paralegals
  • Manage a complex caseload efficiently, meeting billable targets
  • Deliver high standards of client service and professional ethics
  • Participate actively in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Develop and implement strategic legal approaches for complex family law matters

Requirements:

  • 5-20+ years PAE in Family Law, preferably from private practice at reputable law firms
  • Accredited Specialist Family Lawyer (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve billable targets hours per day) while managing a team
  • Strong track record of team management and developing junior team members
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
