We're Looking for a Mixology Expert

• A friendly, outgoing personality to connect with our customers.

• Ability to handle high-energy, fast-paced shifts while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Promoting our loyalty program to customers and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks to impress our patrons.
• Taking orders accurately and delivering high-quality products on time.
• Upselling and suggestive selling to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Compliance with all food and beverage regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assessing customers' needs and preferences to make tailored recommendations.
• A love for sports is a definite plus

To Make the Starting Lineup:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in both bar and restaurant environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead by example and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture to drive results and exceed expectations.
• RSA certificate and TAB Certificate to demonstrate expertise and commitment to safety and responsible service practices.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
