Document Preparation Specialist

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
\- Deliver administrative support to child safety officers, preparing court documents under the guidance of a child safety officer and/or senior team leader.
\- Produce high-quality, well-structured court documents that demonstrate strong written communication skills, objectivity, clarity, conciseness, and adherence to departmental and court standards.
\- Foster collaborative relationships with legal officers to ensure court documents meet legislative requirements.
\- Work collaboratively as part of a team to support child safety officers in meeting priorities and deadlines.
\- Identify and communicate key issues promptly to the senior team leader that may impact task completion.
\- Contribute productively as a team member to form professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
\- Participate in continuous learning, training, and professional development to maintain contemporary and evidence-based practice knowledge and skills.
\- Contribute to quality improvement strategies.
