About the Role

We are seeking talented therapists to deliver evidence-based therapy in community settings. As a graduate speech pathologist, you will work closely with participants to create personalized plans that drive positive outcomes.

  • You will apply the social model to empower participants to achieve their personal goals, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and develop innovative solutions.
  • Your expertise will be valued as you build deep relationships with participants, helping them and their support networks create meaningful and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality therapy services that meet the needs of participants, including:

  • Evidence-based assessment and intervention
  • Collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current SPA Registration
  • Recently completed a degree in Speech Pathology
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
