  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech healthcare startup.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems, often under pressure.
  • Proficient in using technology to deliver efficient and effective support, including CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously.
