About the RoleYou will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that clinicians have a seamless experience with Homerun B.V.'s platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide empathetic and effective support via live chat, email, and phone.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to inquiries.
- Take full ownership of queries, working closely with clinicians to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, building trust and rapport through regular communication and proactive support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive meaningful change and improve the overall clinician experience.
- Must possess a strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to see through the clinician's perspective and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech healthcare startup.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems, often under pressure.
- Proficient in using technology to deliver efficient and effective support, including CRM systems and project management tools.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously.
