Cleaning and Trolley Collection Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our proactive services team in maintaining a pristine shopping environment.

As a Cleaning and Trolley Collection team member, you will work collaboratively with your team to complete assigned cleaning tasks, collect trolleys, and support waste processing routines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily cleaning tasks as allocated in the planner, including sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and team rooms, and emptying bins.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Assist customers by answering questions or providing directions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ambitious mindset and passion for growing a career in the cleaning and trolley collection space.
  • Physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting loads up to 10kg.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and car parks.
  • Availability to work Monday-Sunday, shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • Good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
