Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of our core applications.

About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in their career growth, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex software projects on time.
  • In-depth knowledge of One Identity Manager, including its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with databases, WebServices, LDAP, Lotus Notes, SAP/PeopleSoft, and IDaaS Applications.
  • Strong understanding of MS SQL database concepts, including tables, views, stored procedures, and query optimization.
  • Proficiency in VB.Net, with a focus on developing custom connectors and integrations.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with web UI components and customization.
  • Good knowledge of MS SQL database (Tables, Views, Stored procedures).
  • Ability to compile/run medium to high complexity SQL queries.
  • Good knowledge of VB.Net (2+ years).
