Litigation Career Development Program offering hands-on experience in commercial and tax disputes with mentorship from industry leaders.

Your Role

You will work solely in litigation across various teams and dispute types. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting affidavits, pleadings, and defences
  • Organising and attending client conferences
  • Reviewing client documents and providing initial advice
  • Obtaining FOI documents from the ATO to advise clients
  • Attending hearings in the Supreme Court, Federal Court, and AAT
  • Drafting briefs to counsel and collaborating on evidence analysis
  • Conducting strategic legal research on niche legal points
  • Leading execution roles on smaller matters and acting as main client contact
  • Working directly with directors and practice leads
About You

We are looking for:

  • Final year law students or recent law graduates
  • Individuals interested in a litigation career
