We are currently seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team at Estia Health Yarra Valley. As a PCA, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support that enhances their overall well-being.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, as well as experience working with elderly individuals. You will be a true team player, able to work collaboratively with our staff to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily life activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also work with our team to support residents with challenging needs, help keep them active and engaged, and ensure their privacy and dignity is respected.
