Trade Support Specialist

About the Role:
AWS Pty Ltd is seeking skilled Trade Assistants to join our team in building portable homes. As a Trade Assistant, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to assist with various tasks, including door framing, house skirting, and other carpentry duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist qualified tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, painting, and plastering.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, working alongside various trades.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of the job.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
