Drug Addiction Treatment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced counsellor case manager to join our team in providing high-quality support services to clients with complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing assessment, counselling, and support services using evidence-based practice principles.
- Deliver tailored engagement, assessment, and support strategies to clients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Develop, implement, and review individual treatment plans with clients to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service coordination and referral.
- Provide high-quality care to dual diagnosis clients with co-morbidity and complex trauma.
- Graduate degree in a relevant health discipline (e.g. social work, psychology).
- Proven knowledge and skills in contemporary AOD counselling practice and case management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and community engagement skills.
- Current Australian-issued driver's license and Working with Children Check.
