As a Digital Data Specialist, your primary focus will be on extracting valuable insights from data, which will empower us to enhance our clients' operational efficiency while ensuring their customers receive tailored and meaningful experiences. You will collaborate closely with digital experts across various domains, including strategy, creativity, and technology. Your role will involve leading the implementation of analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics, starting from a strategic measurement framework to application deployment and continuous optimization. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges and objectives. Proactively address problems by formulating hypotheses and deriving actionable insights from diverse data sets, ranging from eCommerce metrics to online media. Generate reports and design dashboards that provide clients with insights into their business performance. Collaborate with technical teams to unify data platforms. Design, execute, analyze, and refine A/B and multivariate testing. Set up and manage website tagging and analytics tools for site implementations, including custom events and variables. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior clients, effectively combining insights with data visualization skills.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Proven experience with Google Analytics, including its implementation. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, and Launch is preferred. Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely is highly valued. Understanding of campaign tracking methodologies. Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and the broader Google 360 suite is desirable. Ability to write basic code for data manipulation tasks. Advanced skills in MS Excel. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey insights confidently and narrate a compelling story with data. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for all projects.
