As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for providing professional and personalized service to our customers, helping them find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires. You will also be required to complete tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Offering professional and personalized service to customers
  2. Completing in-house training and eLearning modules
  3. Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping
