Automotive Sales and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and energetic individual to join our sales team as an Automotive Sales and Customer Service Specialist. This role offers a fantastic career opportunity with a leading automotive group.

No experience or formal qualifications are required; in-house training will be provided. You will have the option to work full-time or part-time hours.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy selling to learn the trade of selling/buying cars. You will be responsible for handling all incoming phone and internet sales enquiries for used cars.

You will engage with customers, purchasing and selling vehicles over the phone and online, and appoint customers to the showroom sales professionals.

No Experience? No Worries If you are a genuine team player with a can-do customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide a training to suit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone and internet sales enquiries for used cars
  • Engage with customers, purchasing and selling vehicles over the phone and online
  • Appoint customers to the showroom sales professionals

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner
  • Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
  • Sales or Call Centre experience is highly regarded but not essential
