Haylo People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Psychosocial Risk Specialist to join our client, a leading University.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a Psychosocial Risk Register to drive the development of a mentally healthy environment at the University.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance wellbeing controls and support managers in addressing staff and student mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related field, with expertise in psychosocial risk management.
  • Proven experience in a high-risk, complex work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of psychosocial hazard management, aligned with ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with stakeholders.

**Salary Package:** $125,000 - $136,000 per annum + 17% Superannuation.

About You: As a seasoned professional in psychosocial risk management, you will be able to develop frameworks to manage risks, support the University's mission, and collaborate with the Safety and Wellbeing team to ensure alignment with current legislation.
