This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Service Virtualisation engineer to join our team and contribute to shaping and uplifting our Service Virtualisation capability. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in providing technical leadership, reusable patterns, and hands-on expertise across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and thought leadership on Service Virtualisation techniques and processes to cross-functional teams, managers, and stakeholders.

Act as the central point of contact for technical SV-related questions and issues.

Identify opportunities, deliver SV outcomes, and maximise the value of the capability.

Own SV patterns and technical artefacts supporting the Service Virtualisation capability.

Develop and maintain SV practices, standards, and documentation for consistency and scalability.
\ - \
Contribute to the uplift of SV capability by sharing knowledge and driving improvements.
\ - \
Drive innovation and excellence in Service Virtualisation engineering.
\ - \
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
\ - \
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Service Virtualisation.
\ - \
Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement Service Virtualisation solutions.
\ - \
Ensure that all work is delivered to a high standard and meets the required quality and performance criteria.

Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and reliability of software.

Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the Service Virtualisation capability.

Provide training and guidance to junior engineers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and prioritise requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
