About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our award-winning team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

About You

  • Knowledge of French cuisine and modern Australian cooking techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment.
