We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Program Participant Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Manage participant experience alongside program management teams.
  • Coordinate scheduling of programs to ensure coherent course delivery across all programs over multiple years.
  • Oversee online registration and application processes.
  • Communicate with participants and stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Arrange catering and accessibility requirements for events.
  • Monitor and report on participation-related key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality customer service to clients.
  2. Ensure project performance aligns with program objectives.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks and issues to guarantee successful program outcomes.
  4. Built strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  5. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  6. Resolving or escalating issues or queries efficiently.
