Head Pastry ChefWe are seeking a highly experienced and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our new bakery division. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape something special from the ground up, with full creative freedom and an inspiring team around you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality pastry products, including cakes, pastries, and desserts.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of pastry chefs to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with our café team to create innovative menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of resources, including ingredients, equipment, and labor.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and quality in all pastry products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a head pastry chef or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality pastry products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Knowledge of current food trends, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation styles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
