Job Description

**Clinical Lead Physiotherapist - Level 4**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care Australia. As a key member of our physiotherapy service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients across a range of clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior physiotherapists and allied health assistants
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in physiotherapy
  • Participate in research and quality improvement activities to advance physiotherapy practice

Requirements:

  • Class C Queensland Driver's License
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy/Masters of Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • AHPRA registration
  • National Criminal History Check
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in acute hospital setting
