Music Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate music educator to deliver high-quality instruction, develop innovative teaching methodologies, and support our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging and interactive music lessons across year groups 7-12.
  • Design and implement creative teaching approaches to enhance student engagement and motivation.
  • Utilize technology to support teaching, identify individual learning needs of students, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and current registration with the relevant education authority.
  • Postgraduate Music Qualifications with significant experience in music classroom teaching.
  • Proficient piano accompaniment skills and confident use of music technology.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to multidisciplinary projects.

Our teachers are expected to participate in and support our community, ensuring students have a well-rounded school experience encompassing academic, co-curricular, and pastoral care. Supporting some out-of-school hour rehearsals and music-related events will be required.
