Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will work with customers to plan and book their dream vacations, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.

Your role will involve building relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences, and recommending suitable travel options. You will also be responsible for managing bookings, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for travel and customer service. You should be able to work independently, think creatively, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of destinations, travel options, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and software.
