Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Ambassador. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Support the store team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Assist with merchandise presentation, inventory management, and stock control to meet sales targets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends.
