Commercial Law Practice Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Law Practice Leader to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to lead our commercial law practice and drive growth across multiple areas, including commercial transactions, commercial litigation, property law, and succession law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial law practice and manage a team of lawyers and paralegals
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the practice
  • Provide expert advice on commercial law transactions and litigation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial law transactions and litigation
  • Strong technical legal drafting and negotiation skills
