About the Role
At our law practice, we're seeking a senior associate to join our team in planning and environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting litigation, drafting agreements, and advising on planning and environment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting litigation in the Planning and Environment Court
  • Drafting infrastructure agreements and statutory instruments such as local laws or planning schemes
  • Providing advice in relation to all aspects of law relating to planning and environment and local government
  • Advising proponents on the delivery of major projects
  • Managing and developing the skills of junior lawyers

About You
We're looking for someone with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in planning and environment, who has strong attention to detail and good project management skills. You'll also need to be able to supervise and develop junior lawyers, have previous exposure to business development, and be interested in establishing a long-term career with our firm.
