Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work on API integration projects using MuleSoft.

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for APIs and integrations.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to define integration strategies and interface designs.
  • Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation or integration.
  • Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and API documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in API/middleware integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, and RAML/OpenAPI specifications.
  • Solid grasp of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and message queues.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of integration technologies and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
