We're seeking exceptional individuals to join our team of quantitative traders, who will combine the skills of quantitative research with trading expertise to develop new electronic strategies and monitor real-time performance.

Job Description:

Overview:

We're looking for highly analytical and collaborative professionals who value interdisciplinary knowledge and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a quantitative trader, you'll work closely with other researchers and strategists to identify profitable opportunities and optimize trading strategies.

Your responsibilities will include investigating market data, leveraging mathematical and statistical tools, and collaborating with technologists to implement new strategies.

You'll have the opportunity to work on complex problems, contribute to cutting-edge research, and receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this challenging role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics
  • Solid analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent logical reasoning
  • Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and/or highly collaborative environment
  • Experience writing code to process and analyze large sets of data, especially in Python
  • Experience in C++ or other low-level programming languages is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest in strategic games and/or competitive activities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
