Key Responsibilities- Telehealth Services: Provide education, advice, and assistance to new and existing patients through phone and video conferencing.
- Treatment Plan Management: Manage existing patients' treatment plans, assessing their response to current treatment and prescribing appropriate medications as needed.
- Symptom Triage: Triaging presenting symptoms to the relevant medical practitioner or pharmacist.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with managers, medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other employees to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Quality Improvement: Share feedback to improve systems and processes, enhancing the patient experience.
- Education and Certification: Completed Master of Nursing and current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA.
- Prescribing Authority: Current PBS prescriber number or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience: Recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner within primary health care, including men's health (ideally hair loss, sexual health, skincare, and mental health).
