Senior Make-Up Artist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate make-up artist to provide exceptional customer service and deliver personalized in-store experiences. As part of a high-performing team, you will contribute to creating impact with in-store events and ensuring the store maintains its visual merchandising standards.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a self-starter looking for a progressive career in prestige beauty. While certification in make-up artistry and/or previous retail experience is desirable, we welcome applicants with amateur level skills.
About the Role:
- Achieve sales targets through link selling, consultation, demonstration and working outside counters.
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service, understanding and exceeding customer needs.
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and display a professional image.
- Attend training sessions to develop skills, knowledge of products and social selling techniques.
- Foster a collaborative team approach with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
- High level of creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry or previous retail experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
