About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned engineering leader to join our team as Head of Engineering. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in building high-performance engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise engineering managers and some engineers.
  • Partner with our People team to attract and engage top talent.
  • Foster an engaged, collaborative, ambitious, and outcome-driven culture.
  • Provide continuous feedback, address underperformance, and recognize individual strengths and contributions.
  • Be responsible for high quality and high velocity execution of the engineering org.
  • Identify, evaluate, and optimize processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Unblock and push the team to hit deadlines.
  • Anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges and collaborate with the team to find scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate successfully with cross-functional partners.
