IT Service Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Team Lead to join our team. As a Service Desk Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT support services to our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of Service Desk Engineers, developing operational plans, and ensuring efficient use and data integrity of the Service Desk.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that all client requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with the delivery team to coordinate resources and deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
•Manage communication and relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
•Lead a team of Service Desk Engineers, providing guidance and support during the delivery of technical support services.
•Develop and implement operational plans, including resource allocation.
•Ensure adherence to SLAs and take proactive measures to improve service delivery.
•Supervise Service Desk Engineers and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
•Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
