Electrical Trades Educator

We are seeking an exceptional educator to inspire and mentor the next generation of Electrical Trades students. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our Bathurst Campus.

As a skilled professional, you will be passionate about sharing your extensive industry experience and guiding the learning process. You will have proven experience in delivering training in an adult learning environment and be committed to building the skills, qualifications, and employability of our students.

  • You will possess subject knowledge, skills, and hold a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Electrical Contractors Licence or Electrical Supervisor Certificate issued in NSW is also required.
  • In addition, you will have a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
  • Appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training must be held.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, including maintaining industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
