Job Summary

The Contract Lifecycle Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing contract lifecycles, managing contract claims, and contributing to cost management for BGIS data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract lifecycle management, from initiation through to project completion.
  • Contract Claims: Manage contract claims, including variations, time-related claims, and payments.
  • Cost Management: Contribute to cost management, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
  • Negotiations: Lead negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and consultants as needed.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or Business/Commerce is preferred.
  • Experience in contracts or commercial roles within complex construction or development environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across global teams.
  • A proactive, driven personality with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and contract management systems.
