Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our Finance team at Frucor Suntory. As a Credit Controller, you will play a critical role in providing efficient and effective debtor management, ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 20-30 inbound calls per day, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process credit applications, opening new credit accounts and maintaining accurate records.
- Achieve monthly collection targets, identifying and addressing any potential issues or trends.
- Prepare and analyze overdue reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve collection rates.
- Reconcile outstanding accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in a credit controller or accounts receivable role, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
