**About the Role**

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, statistics, or computer science, with a strong background in problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Experience working on in-depth research projects is highly valued, although finance experience is not required.

**What We Offer**

A highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including private healthcare, gym allowance, and fully stocked kitchen facilities.
