Job Title: NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach to join our team at EACH. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

About the Role

This is a full-time ongoing position available, providing face-to-face support to customers across the Eastern suburbs. You will work collaboratively with customers, families, carers, and the broader service system to identify, plan, design, and coordinate NDIS supports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum tertiary qualifications in Peer Work or Mental Health
  • Demonstrated experience in case management, case coordination, or a support role working with people with psychosocial disability or chronic mental illness and their families
  • Ability to effectively organise your time to allow you to work flexibly and directly with customers as they require and make choices for their support
