**Job Title:** Automotive Parts Team Leader

**Job Description:**
Penske Australia is seeking a motivated and experienced team leader to join our fast-paced Parts and Warehouse Team. As an Automotive Parts Team Leader, you will be based in Chipping Norton Branch, working closely with the Parts Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and mentor a dedicated team of professionals to achieve their goals and exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and develop the Parts and Warehouse team to meet individual and team objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and engagement within business operations.
  • Develop and implement operating plans to achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Ensure the team consistently exceeds customer expectations.

**Requirements:**
- Leadership experience in an automotive environment.
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team to achieve their best.
- Customer-focused with a team-player mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate MS office skills with the ability to learn internal software systems.
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting automotive, inventory, and financial reports.
