About the Role:
This is an opportunity for experienced Electrical QA Supervisors to join our teams in the Goldfields region on a 2/1 roster. As an Electrical QA Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical works meet specifications, Australian Standards, and project schedules.

Your key tasks will include:
- Leading and supervising the QA team
- Developing and implementing QA/QC plans and procedures
- Overseeing inspection and testing activities
- Maintaining records of QA activities
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and standards
- Identifying areas for improvement in QA processes

About You:
To succeed in this position, you must have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical license. You should have well-developed leadership skills, strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills, and a high level of commitment to safety.
