Job Summary:
Data entry is a crucial function in Goodstart Early Learning that involves accurately and efficiently processing data to support the smooth operation of our centers. We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will possess strong typing skills, with a speed of 40 wpm or higher.
- They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for:
- Entering data accurately and efficiently into computer systems.
- Verifying data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have previous data entry experience (an asset).
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field (a plus).
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.
