Job Title: A330 Type Rated Flight Instructor

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training courses, including training and checking duties in our A330 flight simulators.
  • Attend company meetings and carry out other duties as directed by the Training Manager.

Requirements:

  • Australian Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplane)
  • Instrument Rating endorsed with MEA, IAP 2D, and IAP 3D
  • A high standard of proficiency
  • Minimum of 1000 hours multi-engine (fixed wing) command time
  • Experience in Regular Public Transport, multi-crew, narrow or wide-body jet aircraft operations
  • Previous instructor experience in multi-crew aeroplane type rating training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Inclusive and respectful leadership qualities
  • The ability to provide a positive and caring training culture for all trainees
  • A proven ability to work as part of a team
  • A high level of motivation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Aviation Legislation applicable to jet transport operations and flight crew training and licencing
  • In-depth understanding of Human Factors and non-technical skills
